Each lot consists of office technology units or supplies that have been removed from stock due to line closures, inventory surpluses, or model changes. The detailed description of the content, physical condition, and technical specifications are published on the lot sheet before the auction. Unlisted accessories or additional software are not included.

Every supplier must submit current tax documentation, trade references, and a history of operations in the field. Dealhots performs an initial review and periodic audits. The platform does not guarantee the supplier's future solvency but does require a security deposit for each auctioned lot.

Yes. By confirming a bid, the buyer agrees to purchase the entire lot at the offered price if they win. The offer cannot be withdrawn once registered. In the event of a tie, the lot is awarded to the buyer who placed the bid first according to the system's timestamp.

We accept bank transfers, account deposits, and corporate card payments. Payment must be completed within 48 business hours after the auction closes. If payment is not received within this period, the award is canceled and a penalty of 5% of the lot amount is applied.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or errors in lot selection. Claims are only accepted for evident damage during transport or for serious discrepancies between the description and what is received, provided they are reported within 72 hours of delivery and photographic evidence is attached.

Liquidation lots are sold as-is, without any warranty from the manufacturer or seller, unless expressly stated otherwise on the lot sheet. Dealhots does not extend its own warranties. The buyer assumes the responsibility of evaluating the equipment's condition before bidding.
